Biography
 Barrie Vattoy is a master at networking for his clients and takes
every opportunity to talk about their properties. That's when
Barrie's 25 years in the real estate business are particularly
valuable. He matches sellers and buyers... he's the catalyst that
brings them together. Barrie has always specialized in the Tri-
and Burnaby markets and knows all the established,
as well as the new, areas. Born and raised in Coquitlam, he knows
the people, the businesses, the issues and the efforts that make
the communities what they are today.

Barrie has developed deep client loyalties over the years. Clients
return time and again for his assistance in buying and selling

Understanding the stresses and strains of buying or selling
a home and having gone through the experience with hundreds of
clients over the years, Barrie does everything he can to alleviate
the pressure. "I try to insulate my clients by taking away
as much of the worry and stress as I can," he says.
He stays in touch with his clients, communicating with each one
at least once a week. He advises, but never pushes. "I use a low-key
approach", says Barrie. "I try to guide with experience and knowledge."
Barrie and his wife Shelley, along with their two children Tara, who has graduated from the University of Toronto Law School, and Nick, who has graduated from the University of Victoria, are actively involved in community sports and music.
